Shipping Costs: UK-£14, USA-£20, Europe-£18, Far East-£20. Sean Phillips is a phenomenally talented artist who started in comics over 20 years ago. He has worked on a huge variety of books including 2000AD, Hellblazer, Invisibles, Uncanny X-men and Batman. This picture is from the series of postcards specially commissioned this year by LICAF from seven leading illustrators, with the collective title, 'Wish You Were Here – Postcards from the Edge of Reality'. The cards celebrate the landscape of the Lakes and the power of comic art, each in its own unique way. Sean's image evokes both the bleakness and the grandeur of Morecambe Bay: the tragedy of its dangers and the happiness brought to the world by the man who took its name, Eric Morecambe. It was drawn using Manga Studio software and it's a one-off digital print. To quote the artist: 'I won't be making any more'.
