Shipping Costs: UK-£21, US:£45, Europe:£40. Far East:£60. Award-winning comic writer and artist Bryan Talbot is credited as the man who created the first-ever British graphic novel, 'The Adventures of Luther Arkwright'. Throughout his career Bryan has pushed boundaries, challenged expectations, and won legions of admirers across the globe with works like 'One Bad Rat', 'Alice in Sunderland' and the COSTA Award-winning story 'Dotter of His Father's Eyes' (with Mary Talbot). He's also one of the patrons of the Lakes Festival, and so we are honoured that he has donated several of his rare original works for this auction. This superb piece of art is page 86 from the third book in the phenomenally successful 'Grandville; series, 'Grandville Mon Amour'. It shows our hero Inspector Lebrock in a climactic encounter with the villainous Baron Krapaud. Ink on card. The final published version is also shown on this page.
