All lots in this auction are sold as is where is without warranties stated or implied. Bidders may inspect items onsite by appointment prior to placing a bid before auction ends. Lot descriptions are to the best of Asset Auctions Online, LLC ability. All items in this auction are the property of the consignor and will not be released prior to payment. Note items may be in multiple locations. See auction information or particular lots for more information. All items are free of any liens or encumbrances. Payment of sold items is due within 2 business days of auctions end. Buyer invoices with a total of under $5000 will be automatically charged to the credit card used to register. Shipping charges and a $3 per box packaging fee will be charged to the buyers card prior to shipment via USPS. We do not ship UPS or Fedex. Buyers may contact the local pack and ships in the area to act as their shipping agent. Items must be paid for prior to agent pickup. Buyers of vehicles and heavy equipment may utilize their own shipping companies for pickup.
