ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. No adjustments made after the sale. ODAC does not guarantee any item as to usefulness or merchantability or any intended purpose. ODAC does not guarantee any year models, hours, serial numbers, etc. SC Sales Tax Laws apply to in-state residents. There is a 5% administration fee. There is NO cap on items. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items from the auction. All items must be paid for in full on the day of the sale. Accepted forms of payment for this auction include wire transfer or business check/personal check (w/ bank letter of credit over $5,000). There will be a $25.00 wiring transfer fee added to your invoice if you choose this option. ODAC will assist you to the best of their ability in loading your item(s). All items are to be removed by Wednesday, FEBRUARY 22, 2017 by 5:00 PM EST unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY WEDNESDAY. Any items left after February 22nd will be subject to storage fees. BUYER'S are responsible for any and all transportation, loading, and securing loads.
