A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. All items are described on a "best efforts" basis. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items in person to satisfy themselves as to condition and quantity of all lots. All winning bids must be paid in full within 3 Days of auction close, regardless of pick up arrangements. Please pay your invoice in full by 5pm on Tuesday, May 23rd. Pick up dates are: Monday and Tuesday - May 22nd and 23rd: 10am to 7pm unless other arrangements have been made in advance of auction closing. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING THEIR OWN LABOR, MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT AND PACKING SUPPLIES. The Seller and Auctioneer do not provide labor or equipment for loading. If you need your items shipped, we can pick and pack them for approx. $5.00 per box plus materials. We will get you weight and dimensions and we can ship via USPS or Fedex or you can arrange your own shipping and email labels. Lots over 70lbs will require freight. There is a minimum $25.00 palletizing charge and we will get you weight and dimensions to arrange freight. ALL ITEMS NOT REMOVED ON THE DESIGNATED PICKUP DAYS WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTIONEER. Instructions and links for paying with American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal will be included with your invoice. This auction begins closing on Saturday, May 20th at 11am CST, closing 1 lot every minute unless extended bidding goes into effect. If any lots are pulled prior to sale closing, bidders will be notified by email as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
