This is an online bidding only auction. Lots have staggered ending times. Proxibid features "dynamic bidding" meaning when a last minute bid is placed the auction will extend a couple of minutes before ending if another bid is not placed. All items in this auction will sell to the highest bidder regardless of price. Winning bidder's credit cards will be charged Monday following the auction, February 5th for invoice totals. Pickups of sold items must occur on Saturday February 10th at the restaurant location: 14859 Lyons Rd Suite 134, Delray Beach FL, 33446 NO EXCEPTIONS Location is in the Delray Marketplace Mall, across from Verizon and the movie theater. Our onsite representative for pickups will be Jo Priestoff 317-507-8717 Most of the equipment in this auction was purchased new in 2012. All is in need of a good cleaning, especially the refrigerators. Onsite inspections are welcome prior to bidding. Please bring plenty of loading/removal help with you on pickup day. . Shelving and sinks must be disconnected/removed by buyer. Please bring tools on pickup day. A 15% buyer premium applies to this auction and is added to all winning bids.
