Payment
-All purchases are to be paid for, in full, using US funds within 4 business days of the auction date. This means full payment is due WEDNESDAY by 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!
-A valid credit card is required to be approved as a bidder at this auction. This is only to prove who you are for Proxibid. Your credit card will not be charged.
There will be a $50.00 title fee on all titled items. All in state retail buyers will be required to pay 3 1/2% automotive sales tax. Titles will be applied for by TAC Enterprises through the state of Alabama and directly mailed to the purchaser from the state. This process may take up to 30 days.
-It is the Buyer's responsibility to contact TAC Enterprise by the Monday following the auction to confirm how payment will be made
-Payment options: cash, wire transfer, or cashier/certified check
-Non-Alabama buyers: wire transfers only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items paid for via wire transfer can be picked up immediately after the wire is received.
-Alabama Residents: only Personal/Company checks from Alabama residents will be accepted & must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit or letter of guarantee addressed to TAC Enterprises with the date of purchase (auction date). NO EXCEPTIONS !! Items paid for with a check will NOT be available for pick-up until the funds have cleared the bank.
Sales Tax: Alabama residents will be charged 3% farm sales tax, automotive related items will be taxed at 3 1/2% (per Alabama state law) in addition to purchase price & Proxibid online bidding fee.
