Payment Instructions:
Your Credit Card on file with our company will be charged immediately following the auction closing. If you would like to arrange for another form of payment you need to contact the auction company in writing by 24 hours before the auction begins closing.
You can reach the auction company by email at info@alaskapremierauctions.com to specifically arrange a cash or cashier's check method of payment. If cash or cashier's payment is not received by the pick-up deadline then your card on file will be charged for your full invoice total, including fees.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES OR SHIPPING ARRANGED BY 6 PM AUGUST 11TH. Pick-up times will be from 11a-6p on Saturday, August 10th and 9am-6pm Sunday, August 11th. There is a 2 day only pick-up window for this auction.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO DO SO. NO EXCEPTIONS. ANY LOTS NOT PICKED UP BY THAT TIME WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO THE ADDRESS WE HAVE ON FILE FOR THEM AND AT THEIR FULL EXPENSE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON FILE FOR THEM.

Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is a 4% convenience fee charged to all credit card payments. Your card will be charged immediately following the end of the auction. All sales are final. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card account in relation to their purchases. Remember, a 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to your bid price to arrive at the total purchase price. There is no discount for CASH PAYMENT. A $15.00 service fee will be added to all cards which are declined. Payment may be made in person for all local buyers. Local buyers may pay by credit card or cash. Payments over $5,000 can only be made via certified cashier's check or wire transfer. All fees are paid by the buyer. Please bring exact change if paying by cash, we do not carry change.

Special Terms
All property is sold ?AS IS?, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection by appointment only. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factor. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value and authenticity. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder?s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

WARRANTIES OF OWNER/REPRESENTATIVE. The owner/representative warrants that he/she is the owner of listed items and has merchantable title to the items of personal property offered for sale and hereby grants to the Auctioneer the right to convey a merchantable title to such property to such buyers as may be successful at sale time. The Owner/representative guarantees clear title, and that liens on the listed property be so stated whereby arrangements will be made so that clear title will be issued to the purchaser. In the event owner/representative is unable to clear title, owner/representative will be liable for any pre-sale expenses incurred by the Auctioneer, and/or a withdrawal fee.

Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during t
