Inspection for this auction is scheduled for Thursday, February 20th from 2:00pm - 5:00 pm (central) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors. In no event shall Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders who bid from off-site at our online auctions, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. The credit card on file will be charged for open invoice amount at noon on the day following close of sale. All sales are Final. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 18% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium. This auction is an Estate Sale therefore no Tennessee sales tax will apply. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "AS-IS" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Pick-up is available on Tuesday, February 25th from 10:00am – 4:00pm (central) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and Wednesday, February 26th from 10:00am - 4:00pm (central) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not picked up by 3:00pm on Monday, March 2, 2020 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor. Terms and Conditions for Firearms Bidding and Purchase: All ATF and FFL laws and regulations apply. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. You MUST present a valid, government issued ID and proof of residence at pick-up. Onsite Pickup: Winning bidders of all firearms MUST pass a TBI background check before the transaction can be completed. The cost of the transaction, passed or denied, is $10 per gun, payable in CASH at the time of the background check. If the transaction is denied, an appeal from the buyer may be filed with TBI. The person registered to bid in the auction MUST be the purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO STRAW PURCHASES! Online/Out of State Bidders: Firearms will be shipped to the buyer's designated FFL dealer ONLY. A copy of the designated receiving FFL dealer license must be provided prior to shipment of the firearm(s) within 72 hours of purchase. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. uses FedEx, UPS and USPS at our discretion to ship firearm or ammunition purchase. Firearms and ammunition shipping costs will be charged to the buyer at actual cost plus a $10 packaging fee per box. Ammunition and firearms WILL NOT ship together in one box. In the event multiple firearms are purchased, items will be packed and consolidated as possible to reduce shipping costs. Ammunition will NOT be shipped with firearms. It will ship separately. Call for details. Items will be shipped within 7 days after FFL has been verified and payment received. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearms or ammunition will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or high capacity magazine bans. No firearms or ammunition will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States. **IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION.
