Terms and Conditions for Firearms Bidding and Purchase: All ATF and FFL laws and regulations apply. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. You MUST present a valid, government issued ID and proof of residence. Onsite Pickup: Winning bidders of all firearms MUST pass a TBI background check before the transaction can be completed. The cost of the transaction, passed or denied, is $10 per gun, payable in CASH at the time of the background check. If the transaction is denied, an appeal from the buyer may be filed with TBI. The person registered to bid in the auction MUST be the purchaser. Sales tax will apply to all firearms and ammunition sales unless otherwise noted. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO STRAW PURCHASES! Online/Out of State Bidders: Firearms will be shipped to the buyer's designated FFL dealer ONLY. A copy of the designated receiving FFL dealer license must be provided prior to shipment of the firearm(s) within 72 hours of purchase. Firearms and ammunition shipping costs will be charged to the buyer at actual cost plus a $10 packaging fee per box. Ammunition and firearms WILL NOT ship together in one box. In the event multiple firearms are purchased, items will be packed and consolidated as possible to reduce shipping costs. Ammunition will NOT be shipped with firearms. It will ship separately. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearms or ammunition will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or high capacity magazine bans.
