This auction is an Estate Sale therefore no Tennessee sales tax will apply. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Pick-up is available on Wednesday, March 11th from 10:00am – 4:00pm (central). All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by 3:00pm on March 16, 2020 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyer will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor. We do not provide any local delivery services. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. uses FedEx to ship your purchase.
