Watch the video. John Deere JD 350-BW wide track dozer with six-way 9' blade. Seller's mechanic says undercarriage is 65% to 70% and that in 2018-2019 all fluids were changed and the reverser was rebuilt. Tracks are 32" wide. ROPS woods canopy, quick-disconnect hydraulics to rear, swing hitch. Forty-two hp three cylinder diesel starts and runs well. Battery looks newer, 950 CCA. 110 volt engine heater. Serial number 132139T. Meter reads 2933 hours. Formerly a Northland Cranberries machine. Al had a lot of work done to this dozer over the years. FOR SHIP ORDERS: Please make sure the card you have on file with Proxibid is current and viable. We'll charge once for your purchases, then again when your order is packed and we know the corresponding costs. If your shipping address is more than 60 miles from the sale site and your items are readily shippable we will proceed to ship. If you will instead be picking up, please call the morning after the sale closes to notify us.

2) Most items are being sold to settle estates; necessarily, everything is sold as-is, where-is and all sales are final. Please take advantage of the Preview (inspection opportunity) if possible and feel free to contact us with any questions.
3) We often sell from remote locations. If you won't be able to make pick-up day and don't want your items shipped, please call before you bid to discuss fees for transportation/storage/alternate pick-up arrangements.
4) If there is a discrepancy with your order upon pick-up or receipt of shipment please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.
5) Laws and regulations vary widely by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and following yours.
6) Lastly, the paragraph that most all of our buyers need not be concerned with: We reserve the right to charge for chasing bad funds, re-shipping to changed addresses, transporting and storing items, delaying shipments, expediting shipments, disassembling items, accommodating special and sometimes odd requests, etc. Until things get settled we're not shipping to Kansas. Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card charge-backs and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any concerns.
