The Internal Revenue Service has ruled that Ducks Unlimited, Inc. qualifies under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) as an organization created for charitable, educational, scientific and conservation purposes and, therefore, is exempt from federal income taxes on related income. Ducks Unlimited’s federal taxpayer identification number is 13-5643799.
All prices include the cost of shipping.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in this auction.
Given current CDC guidance and an existing shelter-in-place decree in Tennessee, all merchandise purchased in this auction will be shipped once said declarations are lifted. DU’s National Headquarters and merchandise distribution facility is in Memphis, TN.
All local, state and federal laws govern the purchase of all firearms offered in this auction.
A Ducks Unlimited representative will be contacting winning bidders of firearms within two days of auction close to discuss Federal Firearms Licensee location options for firearm delivery.
Any transfer fees associated with the release of firearms at the assigned Federal Firearms Licensee dealer are buyer’s responsibility.
A Ducks Unlimited representative will be contacting winning trip bidders within two days of auction close to provide trip documentation.
