Purchasers of post - 1898 firearms must provide a copy of a Federal Firearms License or pass a mandated 4473 BGC. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased from PAC is entirely at the user's risk. PAC strongly recommends that all weapons, ammunition, etc. purchased at auction be examined by a competent gunsmith. PAC expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the storage or subsequent use of any such lot. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
