Terms: 10% buyer’s premium for on site buyers. A 13% buyer’s premium for Internet buyers. A refundable deposit of $500 by cash, credit card or certified funds is required to bid. By bidding at this auction, buyer's agree they will not initiate a credit card charge back under any circumstances. All sales are final. Payment methods: cash, credit card, business checks with bank letter of guarantee, and certified funds. Wire transfers will be accepted from Internet buyers, but will be subject to a $20 fee. All checks subject to authorization, authentication, verification and collection. Buyers paying in Cash will receive a 2% discount. Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Non paying buyers are subject to legal action.

Merchandise removal will begin upon the conclusion of the sale. All smalls must be removed day of sale. Payment in full is required at the completion of the auction. No merchandise may be removed without a paid receipt. Alternate Merchandise pick up will also be on June 26 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and by special appointment only. Any merchandise not removed by 12:00 pm June 26, 2009 will be deemed abandoned by the buyer.
Announcements made from the auction block supersede any and all other announcements made written or oral.
