Item Details
Model A Ford engine serial #A953256. This Ford Model A Engine has spent many years in storage and was at one point part of a collection of items from a Model A Ford and Toro tractor enthusiast. This engine is sold “As Is, Where Is” without any implied warranty or guarantee. No mechanical inspection or work was performed on this engine by OHTM. This engine was donated to the Owls Head Transportation Museum for the purpose of being sold to support museum operations. Sold with a Bill of Sale only.

All items are sold "As Is Where Is." All Sales are final.
We accept U.S. Funds: Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check, Company or Personal Check accompanied by an irrevocable letter of credit, Credit Card or Cash paid in person at the Owls Head Transportation Museum (OHTM).
Credit cards placed on file with Proxibid are used for verification purposes only and will not be automatically charged following the auction.
**Full payment is due within five (5) business days from the auction close date. After such time, if full payment has not been made, the credit card on file may be charged for the purchase amount. Vehicles and items will not be released until payment in full is confirmed.

BIDDING CLOSES: Friday, October 23,2020 at 8pm.
Note: Individual lots have staggered end times. Staggered auction lot end times will end every two (2) minutes. Extended bidding will continue into the next end time until no new bids are placed for a full 2-minute period.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION: All items in this sale are sold in "As Is" condition without any warranty or guarantee. All Bidders will bid based on their own assessment of the information provided and their own inspection, knowledge and opinion of the item(s) offered for sale.
OWNERSHIP AND TITLE: Ownership is transferred from seller to the winning bidder with the close of each individual lot. Providing that proper payment is made, title transfer, when applicable, may then take place.
INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS: After purchase, insurance against all perils and loss must be provided by the buyer if such protection is desired. OHTM will provide security, yet in no event does OHTM assume any liability for a buyer's vehicle or items.
REMOVAL OF SOLD ITEMS: OHTM does not provide or coordinate any shipment options for buyers. Upon successful payment, all items and vehicles shall be removed from the sale area by buyer at her/his expense no later than one (1) week following the sale. If not removed by that date, OHTM reserves the right to relocate the property to a nearby storage facility at the expense of the buyer, unless prior arrangements have been made with OHTM. Pick up of vehicles is Monday and Tuesday, 10am-4pm or Wednesday-Sunday by appointment.
