By registering and participating in this auction you are agreeing that you have read our terms in their entirety, and that you can comprehend said terms and will abide by them completely. Furthermore if there are any leagal actions taken by TAC Enterprises to collect payment, you are agreeing to pay any and all fees associated with the colletion process including attorney's fees. -All purchases are to be paid for, in full, using US funds within 3 days of the auction. This means full payment is due Thursday by 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS! -If paying by wire transfer it is the buyer's responsibility to contact TAC Enterprises by Tuesday following the auction to confirm and receive a corrected invoice. A $25.00 wire transfer fee will and must be added to the invoice amount. -Payment options: cash, wire transfer, cashier's, certified check or money order. Credit/debit cards will only be accepted at the discretion of TAC Enterprises. If payment is not received by Thursday, November 19th, 5:00 PM the credi/debit card on file WILL be charged with an additional 4% adm. fee. This will be done Friday November 20th. -Alabama Residents: Bank wires will be accepted and will incur an aditional $25.00 wire fee. Personal/Company checks will be accepted but must be accompanied by a bank letter of credit or letter of guarantee addressed to TAC Enterprises with the date of purchase (auction date) and the amount of gurantee. Exceptions will be previously registered bidders known to TAC Enterprises. Items paid for with a company/persanal check may NOT be available for pick-up until the funds have cleared the bank. -Out of state buyers: We will accept, bank wire, casher's or certified checks or cash only! No personal or company checks. If you do not receive an invoice via email, have questions or you are unable to pay through these options, it is your responsibility to contact us at (256) 974-8588 or email us at Ken@tactractors.com . If paying by check, money order, or cashier's check, TAC Enterprises reserves the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of TAC Enterprises and its bank. Sales Tax: 3% farm sales tax (per Alabama state law) will be charged on each item purchased, in addition to purchase price & Proxibid online bidding fee of 8%. Any vehicle will be taxed at the rate of 3 1/2%. Exceptions will be for resale with proper paper work submitted to TAC Enterprises or items picked up by a lagetimate, liscensed commercial hauler only! Proxibid internet bidding fee will be 8% of the total of all purchases. Although the credit card on file with Proxibid is primarily for verification purposes, if payment is not received in accordance with our terms it WILL be charged and by participating in our auction you are consenting to allow these charges. This is NOT an approval sale, all items sell as-is and are not returnable under any circumstances. Non paying buyers will be turned over to Proxibid as such and banned from bidding in all future auctions. And the expense for any legal actions taken by TAC Enterprises for collection will be added to original purchases. There also will be a $25.00 per day, per item storage fee assessed for any item not paid.
