Bidders must be 18 years of age to purchase rifle ammunition and 21 years of age to purchase handgun ammunition. We will ask you to verify your date of birth before shipping. Other restrictions may apply. Bidders are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for knowing their state and local laws/regulations regarding the purchase and possession of ammunition. Please check your state and local laws prior to bidding. DO NOT BID if you are not certain. All sales are final.

We ship via FedEx ground. We must ship to a physical address, not a PO box. We do not ship ammunition to Alaska, Hawaii or Washington DC. We do not ship ammunition internationally.

Payment

Buyers will be charged through Proxibid for items won on Monday morning following the auction. Payment may be made by cash, money order or cashiers check, BUT you need to contact TAG Auctions immediately following the auction to notify us that you are paying by cash, money order or cashiers check. Should your credit card be declined, an additional 2% buyers premium may be charged. Shipping charges will be billed separately from your auction purchase(s), and will include amounts for shipping, insurance, materials & labor, SEE #1 of special terms of sale. Item(s) will be forfeited if payment has not been received within 3 days of the auction ending time. All PA residents who purchase from our auction must pay 6% sales tax unless you are tax exempt.

By registering to bid or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of the site. 1. Shipping Instructions: TAG Auctions will pack and ship your items for you if you wish at your expense and risk. Once payment and proper paperwork has been received by the auction company, please allow a minimum of 1 week for shipment of items. Once the items have been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (please check your spam folder). Failure to remit payment for items won and/or shipping services will result in that bidder being suspended and/or blocked from bidding at any auction hosted by TAG Auctions. All items shipped are shipped through FedEx. See our policy regarding shipping ammunition #4 below. The buyer is responsible for knowing whether ammunition can be shipped to their residence. Shipping costs will consist of actual shipping charges from the carrier, including insurance, plus a maximum charge for materials/handling of $10 per package, no more. Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be shipped in the same package. 2. Checkout Date & Times: See store hours on taggunshop.com for picking items up. A buyer's premium of 15% (+ 3% if paying with credit card) of the hammer price shall be added to each lot purchased online. 4. A copy of your photo id will be required for proof of age before shipping. Buyers in the following states must email tagauctionsllc@gmail.com with a copy of their state's applicable ID/permit for purchasing ammo immediately after auction close: Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts & New Jersey. Buyers in the following states must email tagauctionsllc@gmail.com with the name and address of the FFL they want their ammo delivered to immediately after auction close: California & New York Your ammo WILL NOT SHIP until we have the required documents/FFL information on file. Failure to provide required documents/FFL information within 4 calendar days of auction close will result in the auction being canceled, negative feedback, and a re-listing/re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the final auction price. We ship via Fedex all continental US states and cities EXCEPT: Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C. & Post Office Boxes. DO NOT BID if your shipping address lies within one of these states or cities. DO NOT BID if you only have a post office box. It is ILLEGAL to ship ammo via USPS or to a PO box. PA residents will be required to pay 6% sales tax.
