Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Noble County, Indiana. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. IF THERE IS AN INTERNET OR SOFTWARE FAILURE during online bidding, the auction will continue as normal and the item will be sold to the bidder (live or online) with the highest bid at the point at which the hammer falls. In case of broad reaching internet or software failure, bidding times may be suspended or extended at the Auctioneer’s discretion.
