Terms & Conditions -- Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide. -- When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. -- Since all items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. We are not responsible for network issues, internet lag or refresh issues on your phone or computer. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes. Pick up is SATURDAY, MARCH 13th - SUNDAY, MARCH 14th - MONDAY, MARCH 15th - TUESDAY, MARCH 16th and WEDNESDAY, MARCH 17th from 10AM to 4PM.
