Down Payment of $25,000 per lot is due the day of sale by certified fund or valid check or within 48 hours by wire transfer along with an executed uniform sales and purchase contract. A five percent (5%) buyer's premium will be charged on the hammer price of each lot sold for onsite bidders. This sale is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
