By bidding you agree to terms and conditions of this auction. All small items: Knifes, Ammo & Accessories will be shipped unless you contact Auction Co. prior to auction ending. If you purchased both Firearms and Ammo/Knives and wish to pick up or ship together, You must advise Thompson Auction Service prior to close of Auction so arrangements can be made. You Must Provide your FFL information, Licenses Number, Lot Number(s) & Your Name to coordes.guns@yahoo.com in order to have shipped to you. This is our certified FFL Dealer. View & Pick up Firearm(s) - during normal business hours. M-TH 9 a.m.-5 p.m. of Friday 9 a.m.-Noon. Bring your paid invoice, valid state ID & necessary paperwork needed for transfer. Fee for Pick up is $30 per Firearm. If you purchased Ammo, Knives or Misc along with Firearm(s) and plan to pick up. Items will be available for pickup during Coordes Guns normal business hours. Your credit card will be charged regardless of situation if you are successful high bidder unless you notify Auction Company Prior to Auction End if you wish to pay cash at Pickup. You must have proper legal permit(s) to purchase Firearms! No Preiview available on other items - call Auction Co. with questions. IMPORTANT: We will keep you posted with any updates to any timeline or restrictions that may be announced by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. Any and All items not picked up / or arrangements made for shipping from Coordes Guns within 20 days will be restocked and resold. Contact Auction Co or Coordes Guns if you need more time as Storage fee may apply. PLEASE VIEW ALL INFORMATION PRIOR TO BIDDING. All property is sold as is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. In no event shall Thompson Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Thompson Auction Service is providing internet only bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly at the close of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Thompson Auction Service or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the close of the auction. Thompson Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the close of the auction. Thompson Auction Service reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Some items may sell subject to seller confirmation. The reserve may drive the bidding on some items. This is not an absolute auction unless specifically stated in the auction heading.
