Terms: 15% buyers premium for in house bidders. 20% buyers premium for absentee, phone and online bidders. 7% sales tax will be charged to all bidders unless a Tax Exemption number is provided to the Auction House before payment is made. All items are sold as is where is - no warranty expressed or implied Vicary Auctions reserves the right to sell at public auction (minus normal sales commission) any property left in storage over 30 days. All in house bidders must remove their items the day of the sale. Items being shipped will need to be paid for BEFORE shipping arrangements will be made. Shipping will then be charged to the buyers Proxibid saved credit card with insurance and signature confirmation included. WE WILL NOT SHIP BOX TRUCK, TRACTORS AND IMPLEMENTS!!! Larger items or mass purchases will be forwarded to a third party shipping co. for shipping services. Furniture including glass displays will NOT be shipped and are pick up only items. All announcements made the day of the auction take precedence over any other announcements, whether written or verbal. 20% buyer’s premium for Proxibid, Absentee and Phone bidders. 7% Indiana Sales Tax.
