TERMS & CONDITIONS - PLEASE READ --- Please plan to inspect the items in person before bidding. A physical inspection is encouraged and suggested. All items sold as-is where-is with no warranties expressed or implied. Let your inspection be your guide. -- When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agreeing that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. Please be certain of your bid and bid amounts before placing a bid. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights. – Seeing as all items and equipment are being offered “WHERE-IS / AS-IS", that means the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies / Fleet Vehicle Disposal & Commercial Liquidations expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as make, age, condition, model numbers, quantities, capacities. -- Place your MAXIMUM bids ahead of time to avoid getting outbid in the final minutes of the auction. We are not responsible for network issues, internet lag or refresh issues on your phone or computer. We utilize Extended Bidding – which means, if a bit comes in during the 60 seconds, the bidding on that item will extend for two (2) minutes. --- Again, physical inspection of the items is always encouraged before placing a bid. There is a 13% Buyer Premium for CASH, BANK CHECKS and WIRE TRANSFERS -- 16% Buyer’s Premium for CREDIT CARDS. --- PREVIEW and PICK-UP LOCATION: 215 Freedom Road – Peasant Valley, New York 12569 --- Preview is SATURDAY, September 25th from 9 to 5 --- Bids begin to close starting Saturday the 25th at 6PM and continue until every item is sold. Pick up is Monday, September 27th – Tuesday, September 28th – Wednesday, September 29th from 9AM to 4PM.
