If you are bidding while the auction is closing we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do this from a PC or Mac while using Chrome or Firefox. Using a Phone or Tablet to bid during the auction close is not recommended as it will not refresh quickly enough to give buyers accurate information.The software has extended bidding, if someone bids on an item in the last seconds the closing time on that item will extend for 2 minutes. That will continue on that item until there is no activity for 2 minutes. If you are a new user or if you have a slower or unreliable internet connection, we recommend using the maximum bid feature. If you leave your maximum bid, the software will advance you as other people bid. If the bidding stops at an amount less than your maximum bid, then that is all you pay. CBM Auctions does not have access to your maximum bids. Payment

Payment Instructions: Payment is required within 24 hours of conclusion of auction and can be made at the time of scheduled pick up. Checks must be made payable to CBM AUCTIONS LLC. 10% buyers premium applies to payments by cash, check or wire transfer, 14% buyers premium applies to all purchases by credit card. A 20.00 fee applies to wire transfers. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with Proxibid. Adjustments in sales tax (if applicable) may be made at the time of payment. Additional excise tax and transfer fees apply to lots requiring registration. ************** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ ************** If sending a Freight Company or third party to pick up your purchases, a bill of lading MUST be emailed to sold@bidcbm.com or MUST accompany the driver at the time of pick up.
