Kingstree Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items. Titles: Titles will not be made available to the purchaser on the day of the sale. The title will be mailed to the purchaser within 30 business days after the settlement. There are no titles available for items that are marked 'No Title' or 'NT'. After equipment is purchased on the auction, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up the items purchased within 2 weeks after the sale.
