Mockingbird reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Be aware that any display items - Jewelry necks or trays, baskets, boxes, etc. are used for display only and are the property of Mockingbird. If a display item is included in the lot, it will be noted in the description. If buyer wishes to pick up an item from Mockingbird, arrangements must be made within 1 day of the auction. Otherwise, the items will be delivered to our packer/shipper. Local pickup day will be specified on the buyer's receipt. Any item left beyond that time will be considered abandoned and Mockingbird has the right to resell the item to recoup storage fees. Mockingbird sets the opening bids for every lot. If no bids are received for that amount, the item will be passed. It may or may not be offered in another auction.
