LARGER ITEMS & FURNITURE NEED TO BE PICKED UP ON LOCATION OR WILL BE FORFEITED AT 2:00. ALL SALES FINAL. When bidding or registering for our auctions, you will be added to our mailing list. If you choose not to receive emails, please go to the bottom of our email and "opt out", please note once you opt out you can never receive another email from our company. When you bid, you are also agreeing to pay any & all attorney fees and any costs incurred in the process it takes to collect all of the funds owed. We will not tolerate charge-backs. Charge-backs are fraudulent and illegal and will be fought in court if need be.
