Lots may be sold in a random order. All items sold 'As is where is' no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CHARGEBACKS. Cash, Credit/debit cards, Wire transfers, Personal or business checks accepted with proper ID. All on-site buyers must pay for all purchases in full day of sale. All internet or online buyers must pay invoices in full within 24 hours of the sale closing.All items must be removed from location within 10days of the sale. Items not removed will be deemed forfeited and resold at buyers expense, or subject to storage or disposal fees. Absentee and internet bidding will be accepted online. Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. No Buyer's premium for on -site buyers. 10% Buyers premium for online or internet buyers. No items will be released until payment is received in full. Titles for items with titles will be held until payment in full has cleared. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges. Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect each item before bidding on that item. By placing a bid, buyer indicates that they have personally inspected the item to their satisfaction, or that they choose not to personally inspect the item.
