NO SHIPPING of Large Items or Furniture. Please consult Patrick Morgan at 717-278-9202 or Dustin Spencer at 717-203-3225 PRIOR to bidding to confirm availability of shipping on larger lots. If a buyer does buy a larger item, the item, at the discretion of the in-house shipping manager, will be taken to a third-party shipper, UPS or FEDEX store, for packing and shipping. Patrick Morgan Auction Services, LLC reserves the right to charge a handling fee, not to exceed $25 per item and based on size, for delivery to the third-party shipper. The Packing and Shipping Fees are then between the BUYER and the third-party shipper. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper. Should BUYER reject the third-party shipper's packing and shipping charges, the Item/s will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Co. and/or original Seller with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the Auction Co. and/or Seller may resell said item/s and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal. We strive to satisfy all our buyer's shipping needs; however, we are an auction co, not a shipping company.
