Internet purchases will only be shipped to valid FFL holders at the expense of the buyer. (This includes any antique/black powder firearms) Item Removal: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Failure to remove property within seven business days after the auction, the buyer forfeits all monies paid and the property reverts to Clark Auction Company, LLC with no recourse. Written authorization must be provided to Clark Auction Company, LLC allowing a person other than the buyer named on the paid receipt to pick up items.
