All items are to be paid in full before removal of property. All property must be removed within 5 days from the sale date unless approved by a Granville Auction Company representative. All property sells as is where is with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. All serial numbers, mileage, and hours are unverified. All information in any advertisement is believed to be correct but not guaranteed in any way. The auction company reserves the right to offer property in separate sale, combination thereof, or as a whole. Buyers must inspect items prior to purchasing. Sale day announcements take precedents over all printed material. Once items are sold, they are the buyers responsibility. Items may be subject to reserve bid and larger items may require a banknote. If purchasing a gun, there will be a $25 transfer fee added to the final hammer price. There will be a $25 fee to transfer titles charged to the buyer. All items left after April 1st without auctioneer approval will be charged a $25 per day storage fee.
