Special Terms Rediger Auction Service has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold; however, neither the Seller nor Auctioneer guarantees the authenticity or condition of any lot. All lots are sold AS IS and should be examined prior to bidding. The auctioneer reserves the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the block at the time of sale. All sales are final. Rediger Auction Servise makes no warranties or representations whatsoever concerning the fitness for use, safety to fire, or to store, or reliability of any firearm, ammunition, or parts or components thereof, whether antique or modern. Any use of such is entirely at the user's risk. Rediger Auction Servise expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury, or damage resulting to any person from the use or storage of any lot. Information for ALL Winning Bidders We are a Federal Licensed Firearms Facility. All documentation and background checks will be in effect for this and all auctions of firearms. As a buyer, you agree to have any used firearm checked by a certified gunsmith prior to firing. The buyer assumes all legality, liability, and responsibility for the condition, use & security/storage of the firearm purchased. Five Oaks Custom Gunsmithing, Inc. offers these services (and more) at our facility for applicable additional fees. The buyer certifies by purchasing a firearm that he or she is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm and that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership and the owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents. It is the responsibility of the buyer to understand that all firearms are potentially dangerous if handled improperly. Five Oaks Custom Gunsmithing, Inc.will assume no liability for the safe functioning of any firearm sold. No Warranties or Guarantees for pre-owned firearms. The buyer must be at least 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. Please check with your FFL / gun transfer dealer on age requirements in your state. Upon purchase, the buyer assumes all liability and responsibility including but not limited to the usage and safe storage of the purchased firearm. Buyers who are on-site at the auction may pay cash, credit card, or by check at the time that the 4473 is processed. For online buyers, the fee scale is the same, but will be collected prior to shipment to an approved FFL dealer. (See shipping charges below for additional fees associated with shipments.) *1 Firearm: $25 $10/firearm after the first *BB Guns, Pellet Guns, Training Guns, etc: $10 each Winners who want to pick up at Five Oaks Custom Gunsmithing, Inc. All winning bidders of a firearm will complete this process at our facility before you pick up your firearm. To complete the Firearms Transaction Record ATF Form 4473 you will need to present your identification (establish identity, place of residence, your physical address, and age of the buyer.) Examples: Illinois State Driver’s License, Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) card, and, if applicable, Illinois Concealed Carry License. Unable to pick up at our facility? Provide us with your local FFL dealer’s Name, Address, and a copy of their FFL license by email. Send emails to fiveoakscustom@gmail.com. All emails should include your Invoice Number and your Name if you prefer shipment to another dealer. After our transfer fee and shipping payment has been received, we can ship your firearm to your local dealer for you to complete your background check with them before you take possession of the firearm. We will ONLY ship to another Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer. Check with the dealer regarding any fees they may charge you for the transfer service. Curio & Relic firearms will only be shipped to a licensed FFL C&R Collector. Only firearms recognized and listed by the ATF on the Curios or Relics List (see https://www.atf.gov/firearms/curios-relics) will be treated as such. C&R long guns may be shipped via USPS or common carrier. C&R handguns can not be mailed and must go via common carrier. SHIPPING CHARGES: No firearms will be shipped until all transfer and shipping charges have been paid in full. * $7.50 per box used in your shipment. No charge if it is a free box supplied by the carrier. (We do not carry all box sizes from these carriers, only generally sized ones). * Handling charges: Handguns $8.00 per gun. Longarms $15.00 per gun. Misc. items & larger Class III items will vary depending on material used and time it takes to package. Labor rate is $30.00 an hour on these other items. *Insurance: Charged at the current rate of the selected (or required) carrier. This will be based upon the value of the firearm at sale. Does not include what you expected to get for the item if resold. * Shipping cost: Whatever the cost is from the carrier. All firearms (including antiques) will be shipped with an adult signature required. *NO SALES TO CALIFORNIA *ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL RESTRICTIONS ON MAGAZINE CAPACITIES MUST BE FOLLOWED. If the firearm has a magazine included at the time of the sale, it will be shipped with the firearm. If magazine capacities are exceeded for your state/locality, Five Oaks Custom will replace the magazine that was included with your purchase with one that follows your state/local restrictions. After 30 days, a storage fee of $20 per firearm per month will be applied
