General Terms & Conditions: All guns are sold as is with no warranties! All guns must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer if sold out of state. Do not expect guns to be shipped to your home address. We are required to have a copy of the FFL License before shipping. FFL's can be emailed to tntgunbroker@gmail.com. In state buyer's may pick up their purchases at T&T Guns & Ammo in Selmer, TN. Background Check: All buyer's must be able to pass a $10 background check for the state of TN. Shipping & Handling Charges: - $75 Flat Shipping/Handling Rate PER GUN for most guns in the auction - If mulitiples are purchased we will try to consolidate for a discounted shipping rate! -Some guns may require additional insurance which while cost additional fees -Some states Ex: California and guns may cost more than the $75 flat rate to ship Invoices for online purchases will be sent out once all shippings costs have been totaled up. Invoices must be paid within 48hrs of invoice receipt! Accepted payment methods: Cash, Wires, or Credit Cards 3% Credit Card Fees will Apply
