Certain pieces of equipment may contain residual chemicals. The liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or during use or operation of the purchased items. The information and descriptions contained in the sales advertisements are believed to be true and correct. The auctioneer and/or seller assume no responsibility and make no warranties regarding same. All hand carried items may be taken out by the buyer or their representative with a paid receipt. All items that need to be disconnected, disassembled, crated and or loaded must be done so by a licensed and insured contractors including moving companies.
