Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer once he is declared the buyer, Buyer assumes all responsibility for loss and damage of purchased merchandise. Neither the auctioneer or the seller shall be responsible for the buyer's merchandise. Merchandise not removed by the stated date and time will revert to seller’s possession, with all rights and title to the equipment forfeited. The buyer will be responsible for all cost for dispose. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure all safety equipment to meet applicable government safety standards in using or removing items purchased. Certain pieces of equipment may contain residual chemicals. The liabilities from any injuries to persons or property caused during the sale or during use or operation of the purchased items. The information and descriptions contained in the sales advertisements are believed to be true and correct. The auctioneer and/or seller assume no responsibility and make no warranties regarding same. It is the buyer’s responsibility and obligation to verify information, descriptions and inspect all property/lots prior to bidding. REMOVAL TERMS: The removal of all property is the responsibility of the buyer. Auctioneer does not provide personal for removal. All hand carried items may be taken out by the buyer or their representative with a paid receipt. All items that need to be disconnected, disassembled, crated and or loaded must be done so by a licensed and insured contractors including moving companies. A copy of the insurance must be provided to the auctioneer prior to removal. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer is responsible for sales Tax. Heavy equipment Tax on equipment over 50HP is 1.5%.
