Garland County will utilize Cox Auctions and the online auction service Proxibid for liquidation of surplus personal property owned by the County. For more information about this auction process please contact Matthew Cox with Cox Auctions at 501-609-6659.
Note the following terms and conditions are applicable to all items in the sale:
There will be a 10% onsite Buyers Premium or 12% Online Premium.
Up to 3% Credit Card Premium on all auction purchases using a credit card.
Bidders may pre-bid on these items now. Auction will be live and simulcast to online bidders on June 11th 2022 at 10am at 1040 Cedarglade Rd Hot Springs, AR 71901.
All property is offered for sale « AS IS, WHERE IS » to the fullest extent of the law. All sales are final when the auction hammer falls. All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to and should inspect for-sale property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to inspection dates and times indicated (June 4th 10am - NOON).
Buyers must have a paid in full invoice to remove property from location.
Property must be removed from location no later than close of business five (5) business days from auction date.
Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, credit, wire transfer (With $10 wire transfer fee), cashiers check, certified check, or a pre-approved check. (Checks purchases may be placed on hold until funds are verified) Checks shall be made payable to Cox Auctions And Realty LLC. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment in full invoice as specified.
Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of property. County is not responsible for packing, loading or shipping. Property may only be removed during normal business hours.
