You must provide a copy of your tax-exempt status, otherwise, you WILL be charged the local Tax rate. ANY announcements made the day of sale supersede previous information published. 10% Buyer Premium in effect for in-person buys and 15% for online buys. All items sold as-is where-is with no guarantees expressed or implied by Tibbs Auction. All items must be removed by 5 p.m. the Tuesday after the auction unless otherwise arranged with the Auctioneer. Anyone, either customer or consignor, who leaves merchandise beyond that time frame forfeits any and all rights to that property and will be charged a disposal fee. Tibbs Auction is not responsible for accidents or lost/stolen items. Shipping/Delivery arrangements can be made but must be paid by the buyer.  This is a webcast-style simulcast auction that will accept bids online as well as in person. Auction is to be held at the Ardmore Convention Center located at 2401 N Rockford Rd, Ardmore, OK 73401. Items are not located at the auction site. Please note the location of the items when bidding. Appointments for alternative pickup times can be made if removing large quantities.  All items must be removed by 6 p.m. the Tuesday after the auction unless otherwise arranged with the Auctioneer. Anyone, either customer or consignor, who leaves merchandise beyond that time frame without proper prearrangements forfeits any and all rights to that property and will be charged a disposal fee. Tibbs Auction is not responsible for accidents or lost/stolen items. All items must be paid for on the day of the auction, no exceptions. Checkout will be done at the auction site before you leave for in-person buyers. Online buyers will be sent a payable invoice and must arrange payment on the day of the auction, BEFORE they pick up their items. No items will be picked up without a receipt showing payment.
