Home: This structure is a two story historic dwelling with rear additions made over time. The interior has been gutted down to the studs and is a shell with no finish work. However, the windows are newer and the sills have never been painted. This home has good bones and could be remodeled into the perfect idyllic farmhouse.
Large Barn: This barn is a 46’x228’x14' concrete block structure. The perimeter foundation was added circa 2004 with complete construction and the barn was completed in 2013 with a total of 26 stalls, a center gravel aisle and a loft above the stalls. The real property shall be sold upon a non-refundable down payment of 11% of the total purchase price payable to the Master Commissioner, with the balance of the purchase price to be due and payable to the Master Commissioner within thirty (30) days after the date of the sale. The purchaser shall have the privilege, at the purchaser’s option, to pay all cash on the date of the sale. Said bond shall have the force and effect of a judgement and shall remain a lien upon the property sold until fully paid. Purchaser may pay the purchase money bond at any time before maturity by paying the principal amount and accrued interest to the date of payment. If the successful bidder is Farm Credit, no surety shall be required on said bond up to the amount of Farm Credit’s respective debt, interest, and costs herein adjudged.
