Buyer agrees to hold auctioneers and owner, their agents or employees, harmless from any and all suits, claims damages, cost and expenses of every kind and nature which may or might be asserted against the auctioneer or owner, their agents or employees, resulting from the actions or inaction of buyer. Buyer agrees and understands that by law employers are required to carry workers compensation coverage for its employees. Buyer is responsible for the providing of worker’s compensation, liability and property damage insurance as respects their property and contractual obligation. Most Titles will not be sent out within 14 days after auctions, Some titles could take up to 30-45 Days. Krueckeberg Auction & Realty and or the sellers will not issue duplicate titles once titles are in buyers possession. Buyer's Premium PER ITEM: 12% up to $5,000, 9% $5,001 up to $15,000, 7% $15,001 up to $40,000 and 5% $40,001 and up.
