FOR INTERNET BIDDING-A 15% Buyers Premium is in effect for this auction for all Proxibid participants. State sales tax must be collected by State Law; where applicable, you will be required to pay such taxes. All sales that are subject to 7.0% FL state sales tax where applicable, must be paid at time of transaction closing. The decision of the Auctioneer is final and absolute.
