We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by 3:00pm on Thursday, February 16th 2023 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. Terms and Conditions for Firearms Bidding and Purchase: All ATF and FFL laws and regulations apply. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. You MUST present a valid, government issued ID and proof of residence at pick-up. No sales to Hawaii or California. Onsite Pickup: Winning bidders of all firearms MUST pass a TBI background check before the transaction can be completed. The cost of the transaction, passed or denied, is $10 per gun, payable in CASH at the time of the background check. If the transaction is denied, an appeal from the buyer may be filed with TBI. The person registered to bid in the auction MUST be the purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO STRAW PURCHASES! *Online/Out-of-State Bidders: Firearms will be shipped to the buyer’s designated FFL dealer ONLY. Within 72 hours of purchase, Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. must receive a copy of the receiving FFL dealer’s license at staff@hansonrealtyandauction.com. No firearms will ship without confirmation from the designated FFL dealer that they will be available to receive the shipment. No sales to Hawaii or California. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. uses Fedex and USPS at our discretion to ship firearm or ammunition purchase. Firearms and ammunition shipping costs will be charged to the buyer at actual cost plus a $10 packaging fee per box. Ammunition and firearms WILL NOT ship together in one box. In the event multiple firearms are purchased, items will be packed and consolidated as possible to reduce shipping costs. Ammunition will NOT be shipped with firearms. It will ship separately. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearms or ammunition will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or high capacity magazine bans. No firearms or ammunition will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States.
