Buyers Fee: The buyer's fee is 10% on the 1st $5000 of each lot, then 3% on the remaining balance of each lot. There is an additional taxable 2.5% fee assessed on all internet purchases. This internet fee is capped at $750 per lot. Terms: All purchases are to be paid for in American funds on sale day by cash or cashiers check.
