Successful bidder not executing and returning contracts with payment in full within 24 hours will be considered in default. B. Pay a 10% down payment, in form check, cash or wired funds. The balance of the purchase is due at closing. Buyer is responsible for wire transfer fees. 3. This sale is not contingent on or subject to financing, appraisal, survey or inspections of any kind. Any and all inspections that the buyer may want, must be done at buyer's expense prior to the auction end. 4. This property sells with confirmation of the seller.
