You must provide a copy of your tax-exempt status, otherwise, you WILL be charged the local Tax rate. ANY announcements made the day of sale supersede previous information published. 10% Buyer Premium in effect for in-person buys and 16% for online buys. All items sold as-is where-is with no guarantees expressed or implied by Tibbs Auction. All items must be removed by 5 p.m. the Tuesday after the auction unless otherwise arranged with the Auctioneer. Anyone, either customer or consignor, who leaves merchandise beyond that time frame forfeits any and all rights to that property and will be charged a disposal fee. Tibbs Auction is not responsible for accidents or lost/stolen items. Shipping/Delivery arrangements can be made but must be paid by the buyer.
