This auction will be a live, in person auction, with live online bidding available. All equipment will be located at 21050 U.S. Hwy. 136, Adair, IL 61411 for buyer inspection. Daylight hours: March 6 – March 17. As a buyer, you are fully responsible for inspecting the equipment, and contacting the seller for additional information. You can find the sellers phone number in the description of the majority of the items. If you are the winning bidder of a lot, you are the new owner. There are NO refunds or returns! All items are AS IS. All descriptions believed to be accurate. We rely on the seller to provide honest and accurate information about each lot. All equipment must be removed from the lot before 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2023. Our team will be on site March 19 – March 25, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. to assist with loadout. Detached trailers are recommended because this site does NOT have a loading dock. There will be a 4% buyer premium charged to all online buyers, with a cap of $1500. This means you will not pay more than $1500 in buyer premium PER ITEM. Payment must be received before any equipment can be loaded or removed from the lot. We accept cash, check or wire transfer. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FROM OUT OF STATE BUYERS. If you are an out of state buyer, and do not plan on picking up the equipment yourself, we require you to pay by wire transfer. Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid. Registering through Proxibid requires a valid credit card as a security measure. All items sold as is where is. All announcements made at the auction shall supersede any prior advertising. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Kyle Kelso Auctioneer or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Kyle Kelso Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
