This auction is for Western Canadian Buyers only. *Lot 86 is sold subject to bank approval and is NOT sold until you hear it from Gary Hanna Auctions directly, regardless of what your invoice says. All other items up for sale are sold unreserved. Please note there is a 15% buyers fee plus the GST (5%) on top of the hammer price for ALL items. All items are as is, where is, as photographed. No warranties implied or otherwise exist. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the items being sold, we will not be shipping anything-- it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure payment and pick up are completed on time. Payment must be made within 2 days of the auction closing. Load out is from Wednesday April 12th to Friday April 14th from 10:00am to 4:00pm, and the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. All items are located at 9558 Yellowhead Trail NW, Edmonton, AB. If you are local or within driving distance you are welcome to view the items from Monday March 27th to Friday March 31st, 2023, from 11am to 3pm. Come and view the equipment up for sale to satisfy yourself as to condition, as no objections will be allowed after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.
