Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, and Credit Cards are accepted. All items purchased online UNDER $2,000 will be processed following the auction event. This means you may see multiple purchases if you are bidding on various catalogs. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE REQUIRED TO COLLECT LOCAL SALES TAX ON ALL ITEMS. IF YOU HAVE A TAX ID NUMBER, PLEASE PUT IT ON FILE WITH PROXIBID. IF YOU HAVE A VALID REASON AND DON'T HAVE A TAX ID NUMBER, YOU CAN FILL OUT AN EXEMPTION FORM AND SEND IT TO US, AND WE WILL REMOVE OR REFUND THE TAX. ANY TITLED VEHICLES WILL HAVE THE SALES TAX REMOVED FROM THE INVOICE, AND YOU WILL REMIT THE TAX WHEN YOU REGISTER THE VEHICLE. All items are sold 'As Is' unless guaranteed by the seller. Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding on them. The auctioneer's decision on the stand is final in all disputed bids. The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. We will check with the clerk and the auctioneer if you question this price. However, if they don't recall the item or a price difference, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand, and you are expected to pay for the item. A 15% buyer's premium will be added; if your invoice is under $2000, we will add 3% to your invoice and charge the card on file. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items at the time of purchase (i.e., when the auctioneer declares the item sold). Do not leave items unattended. When an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for it, including damage and theft. ITEMS LEFT ON THE LOT 10 DAYS AFTER SALE WILL BECOME PROPERTY OF AIRWORKS CONSIGNMENT AUCTION LTD AND WILL BE RESOLD OR DISPOSED OF AT THEIR DISCRETION – NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. ANY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE IN WRITING FROM THE AUCTION COMPANY.
