Handguns can only be sold to those who are 21 and older, long guns 18 and up. If you are coming in person you must be an Ohio resident, or we can ship to your FFL (assuming you are not yourself an FFL). All buyers will need to fill out a form 4473 and pass a background check to get your firearm, if applicable. We can only sell guns to the person who is on your registered account. If your proxi account says "Bob Smith" then it needs to be "Bob Smith" who comes for the gun. Bring current driver's license. If you need us to ship, please send us an FFL to ship to. This is not an invitation to come late. More often than not you will forfeit your items. If shipping is available you can also have your items shipped! If you buy a lot, bring enough helpers to get everything loaded out on time. If shipping is not available and you don't pick up you agree to forfeit your items, and they will be disposed of at our discretion, meaning we will either throw them in the dumpster or take ownership of them after billing your card. Please leave yourself enough time to get all your items before the cutoff time. By bidding in this auction you authorize us to bill your card if you do not pick up, even if we dispose of your items. At the cutoff time we will close and we will ask bidders to leave, regardless of whether they have finished removing items. Bring people to help you.
