Equipment Key Set

All items are to be paid in full before removal of property. All property must be removed within 10 days from the sale date unless approved by a Granville Auction Company representative. All property sells as is where is with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. All serial numbers, mileage, and hours are unverified. All information in any advertisement is believed to be correct but not guaranteed in any way. The auction company reserves the right to offer property in separate sale, combination thereof, or as a whole. Buyers must inspect items prior to purchasing. Sale day announcements take precedents over all printed material. Once items are sold, they are the buyers responsibility. Items may be subject to reserve bid and larger items may require a banknote. If you bid on an item, you must pay for that item. Granville Auction Company will not tolerate non-paying customers and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
